Returns + Exchanges

  • Items that are: made to order, bespoke, custom, personalised, perishable or underwear are non refundable.

  • It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are providing the correct information for the order such as measurements and personalisation.

  • Please note clothing that is made to a standard size will likely need alterations to fit you perfectly. This is not a fault, please expect to have to pay additional for alterations. Refer to sizing charts and the ‘how the measure’ page to help you.

Returns

We aim for the highest levels of customer satisfaction and try to ensure all our product descriptions and images are a clear as possible to enable you to understand what you are purchasing. Except for personalised, bespoke, made to order, underwear and perishable items we will refund you contact us regarding a refund within 14 days of receipt and you then return the item/s no later than 14 days after your request. The buyer is responsible for the returns postage. If an item is faulty please contact us upon receipt of the item so that the seller can arrange a fix or replacement.

  • Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, in their packaging with any labels still attached in order to receive a refund. 

  • When returning items please ensure you retain proof of postage and that you choose a postal method which offers compensation to cover the value of the goods. It is recommended that any parcel with contents worth more than £50 be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the contents are fully insured as The Conscious Bride and site partners cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods that have not been correctly insured.

Exchanges

Cancelling an order

We hope that you will feel well informed by al listings before your purchase so that a cancellation isn’t necessary but we understand that sometimes things change. For items that are ordinarily non-refundable the maker lists a cancellation period. This is the period of time prior to the maker starting to process your order. This is defaulted to 24hours from the order being placed unless the listing states otherwise.
